Il a été décidé aux vues du comportement négatif de certaines fans et de la publication de fausses informations sur certains blogs,  d'arrêter toutes ventes aux enchères sur EBAY et ce, définitivement.

Il est inutile d'écrire sur l'adresse EBAY, car les courriels ne seront plus lus ni contrôlés.

Aucune photo dédicacée ne sera envoyée et je me suis engagée à ne révéler rien de ce qui concerne notre grand acteur. Je vous remercie donc de ne pas m'écrire pour avoir son adresse.

Monsieur Penny souhaite faire une pause dans sa carrière et décidera de son avenir professionnel en fonction des propositions qui lui seront faites.

Je m'associe à mon amie PL, pour souhaiter beaucoup de bonheur à Monsieur Penny dans sa vie d'homme.

Dear France,

I understand your concerns, however you are mistaken. All the perks are being delivered and you are getting even more than what was promised.

1. Your name is on the film, electronic press kit and website and marketing materials under "special thanks" section
2. Instead of a postcard with two signatures, you are getting the cover page of the script with ORIGINAL signatures of all the cast and crew
3. You are entitled to receive tickets to the screenings in Los Angeles, as promised, the next screening will be in a couple of months, and we also applying for festivals in Europe, including France. Of course if we get accepted into those, we will give you tickets to those instead of Los Angeles, that's not an issue at all.
4. You are receiving the official poster of the film
4. You already have a digital copy of the script
5. DVD copy of the film: this is the only perk that cannot yet be delivered, but it will be delivered.

We also sending you a T-Shirt signed by the Director and the entire cast, also ORIGINAL signatures, and we didn't charge you for the shipping cost, even though when donating it was specified that shipping cost were going to be added if delivering outside the USA.

I know you are a fan of Mr. Joe Penny, now you have 2 items with his original signature, the script and a T-shirt.

Yes, the perks took longer to deliver and I personally apologize for that. That is why we are sending you extra stuff. Hope you can accept my apologies.

Filmmaking is a long, long process, and it's very though when you don't have all the resources that you need. I have personally invested in this film more than 20,000 and there are still more expenses to cover. We are doing everything we can to make this film available as soon as possible for you and for all the investors, including myself. I'm deeply sorry that you feel upset, know that I'm personally trying my best to make things work.

Glix is not a distribution company, we are a production company. That means that we make films and the next step is to sell them to the distributors (movie theaters, Video on Demand, Online venues, etc.). The more festivals we get into, the more chances of distributors being interested, that is why we are approaching as many film festivals as possible.

On that note, if you know of a film festival in your hometown or nearby, let me know and we'll be happy to send the film there. If accepted you can be our film festival ambassador.

Je comprends vos préoccupations, mais vous vous trompez. Tous les avantages seront offerts et vous obtiendrez encore plus que ce qui a été promis.

1. Votre nom est sur le film, à la fin, section "remerciements spéciaux" , kit de presse électronique et les matériaux du site Web et de marketing .
2. Au lieu d'une carte postale avec deux signatures, vous obtiendrez la page de couverture du script avec les signatures originales de tous les acteurs et de l'équipe

Nous vous enverrons aussi un T-shirt signé par le directeur et l'ensemble du casting, aussi les signatures originales, et nous ne vous facturerons pas  les frais de transport, même si au moment du don, il a été précisé que les coûts de transport seraient ajoutés si la livraison est en dehors des USA.

Je sais que vous êtes une fan de M. Joe Penny, maintenant vous avez 2 éléments avec sa signature originale, le script et un T-shirt.

Oui, les avantages ont pris plus de temps pour être livrés et je m'excuse personnellement pour cela. Voilà pourquoi nous vous envoyons des trucs supplémentaires. Nous espérons que vous pourrez accepter mes excuses.

La réalisation est un long processus, difficile à monter quand vous ne disposez pas de toutes les ressources dont vous avez besoin. J'ai personnellement investi dans ce film plus de 20.000 $ et il y a encore plus de dépenses à couvrir. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour rendre ce film disponible dès que possible pour vous et pour tous les investisseurs, y compris moi-même. Je suis profondément désolée que vous soyez en colère, sachez que je vais personnellement faire de mon mieux pour que les choses fonctionnent.

Glix n'est pas une société de distribution, nous sommes une société de production. Cela signifie que nous faisons des films et que la prochaine étape est de les vendre aux distributeurs (salles de cinéma, vidéo à la demande, les sites en ligne, etc.).  Plus nous obtenons de festivals, plus nous avons de chances de trouver des distributeurs intéressés, voilà pourquoi nous approchons autant de festivals de films que possible.

Sur ce, si vous connaissez un festival de cinéma dans votre ville natale ou à proximité, faites-le moi savoir et nous serons heureux d'envoyer le film là-bas. S'il  est accepté, vous pourrez être notre ambassadeur au festival du film.

In my letter posted on Octobre 26, 2015, on "The Last Night Inn" website, I pointed out that the $1 to over $1,000 fundraising gave rights to perks that were to be delivered from the end of May 2015. Crowdfunding is not just a fundraising is a commitment to the contributors and should be respected.

I mentionned that on April 7, 2014, fundraising was closed after 24 days of collection, and only 14% of the required budget could be financed. I paid $---. You promised to give the following perks 

- My name will appear in the "Special Thanks" section of the film's ending credits. I will receive a postcard signed by your Director, (2) tickets to attend one of the selected screenings of "The Last Night Inn" in a movie theater in Los Angeles, a Digital Copy of "The Last Night Inn" script, a copy of "The Last Night Inn" signed by the Director, the official "The Last Night Inn" poster, plus a DVD copy of "The Last Night Inn", and all the updates on your campaign and production process, to be delivered on May 2016.

I referred to my email of July 14, 2014 we had no information of your post-production procedures and discover accidentally the post of pictures of the film. Despite your statement you responded me to give us all the updates on your campaign and production process, we have never been informed about how was the shooting, began April 27, and how you would broadcast the film.

You never honored your proposal of February 19, 2014 to send me a personalized postcard of Mr Penny, even if you could not guaranted me, but it really was not hard to do it because he would never have refused, knowing me through my blog dedicated to him.

You replied me then that everything standed, my donation was documented and I will receive all the perks attached to it, such as the movie tickets to the selected screening, my name on the film's credits, a blu-ray copy (that it will take a longer time because you needed to be cleared from distribution first), and a signed copy of the script. I had to be patient, but I think that I am patient enough.

You then removed my post on "The Last Night Inn" website and the one of my friend Laurie.

On February 19, 2015, I had the opportunity to meet Anthony MONTES, who came to teach at Paris within the Paris Film Academy Association. He assured me that everything was done for the film to be presented at Film Festivals, only way to make it known.  

On October 30, 2015, you reacted on Indiegogo website realizing that you never updated information about the post-production. The film attended the festival circuit with wonderful reception, you won several awards on August 2, 2015, at the GCIFF Fesrtival, on September 2015 at Accolade Global Film Competion, on November 15, 2015 at Studio City Film Festival. You were in talks with potential distributors to make the film available through online video on demand platforms. Grateful for our eternal patience, as soon as you would be cleared by the potential distributors, you would start sending out the perks attached to the donations, which did not matched your starting commitments. You present yourself as a producer and you cannot distribute under the Glix Studios label???

On February 7, 2016, you promise to finally send the perks but you specify that instead of what was originally promised I would receive the coverpage of "The Last Night Inn" script signed by the Director AND the entire cast of "The Last Night Inn", 2 movie tickets to attend one of the selected screenings of "The Last Night Inn", you will email to let me know when the next screening takes place and email me my tickets. You email me the digital copy of the signed script of "The Last Night Inn". I will received a script copy signed by the Director AND the entire cast of "The Last Night Inn".

The Official Poster of "The Last Night Inn" which is at a letter size, so it cannot be a poster.

A DVD copy of "The Last Night Inn" but it is the only perk that you cannot yet deliver, until the distributors allow you to release of the film. However, as a way to say thank you for my patience, I will receive a T-shirt signed by the Director and all the cast of "The Last Night Inn" plus, as soon as the distributor allows you to distribute copies of the film, I will get my DVD Copy of "The Last Night Inn".

To the extent that I could not come to Los Angeles what will you offering me in exchange for tickets???

I have the feeling of having invested $---- for nothing, whereas it would have been most gratifying to me to invest this amount in the Charlton Heston personal belongings sale.

 I send this email to Anthony Montes and John Heath.

I ask you  to urgently take knowledge about it. 

I am sure you will not respect your promises and agreements.

For this reasons, I require the repayment of the amount of $---- I invested, based on the crowdfunding laws, right now. 

Be aware that some subscribers of "The Last Night Inn" film made donations to finance "The Divide" film in October 2014 on Kickstarter, two months after the end of the shooting in August 2015, donors have received all of their perks.

I was sorry to read your email to Cynthia. Thank you for including me in the letter. I am very grateful for your help on the film. As you know, I'm only the writer & actor on the film and all things to with production are under Cynthia's control. I've not even received a poster or a Dvd without a watermark with my name written across the film. I sent her an email on your behalf to try to help you. I hope it all works out. I'm in Berlin teaching at the moment and I will follow up when I get home in April. Thanks France
